Small changes to the model after highlight ( model is coloured, lines with errors are non-coloured ) is possible otherwise press EDIT symbol. 

The edited model should be saved and recompiled.

Highlight colours the model according to its content. Black means a error/unknown. As highlight&compile takes more time than only compile an option is to compile without highlight.

On compiling most errors are indicated. The line number(s) with error(s) is (are) indicated. 

However, some unsuspected errors may occur. During highlight these errors stay black. Line number(s) with error(s) is (are) indicated.

In some rare, unknown, cases there is no indication. Please report these errors under MAIL.

Running the model is done in the background and is indicated in a run-notification.

With large models, optimization, parameter estimation, slow devices, ... it occurs that after some time the screen becomes blanc. In this case the model is still running. The user can continue with other tasks. 

When the model is finished one returns to the model in foreground and background-run is stopped. The run-notification stops and a successfull run is indicated.

First the views are built. This is indicated in a graph-notification. 

On a  slow device, mutiple complicated views,... the screen can become blanc as graphing continues building in the background. The user can continue with other tasks.

If building ends one returns to the model in foreground and background-building stops.

Each view can be processed ( see manual under graph ). 

On exit graph the graph-notification stops.
